Senior Counsel International - Med tech - Remote

Our client an international medical and med tech digital company, now seeks a further international senior counsel to join their newly formed legal team.

The role can be based remotely in any EU country and requires an experienced commercial lawyer to focus on multi-jurisdictional commercial contracting as well as broader matters including corporate transactions, data privacy, compliance and some minimal contentious matters.

You will be an experienced commercial lawyer with international contracting experience and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and evolving environment. You will ideally have med tec and digital experience although pharmaceutical and fmcg experience could also be considered. The role also ideally requires German fluency as well as English, whilst other European languages could also be useful. Strong candidates without German language skills are still encouraged to apply.
