THE ROLE
Within the corporate team which advises businesses of all sizes as well as management teams, shareholders, investors and lenders. Industry sectors focus on technology, private wealth, life sciences, property, retail and fashion.
ABOUT YOU
An experienced corporate lawyer 3pqe+, you will be interested in joining a team which has particular strengths in acting for university spin-outs and other venture capital backed companies.
It works with spin-outs from many different universities, with clients developing some of the most exciting, and potentially world changing, technologies, in particular in the life sciences and deep tech sectors.
The role will offer a chance to foster long term relationships with clients, from spin-out or start-up, through larger funding rounds and exits. Experience of venture capital transactions is desirable.
The team has a culture of inclusion, encouragement and support and successful development is fundamental at all stages.
The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for at least 50% of their time.
