Real Estate and Construction Solicitor (5+ PQE) -

This legal 500 firm provide leading advice on construction disputes and real estate litigation. Their Real Estate and Construction team works nationally across a wide range of real estate sectors, from commercial landlords and occupiers in the retail, leisure, hospitality, manufacturing, sport and services sectors, to local authority and private and public healthcare providers, through to supporting property development projects, real estate finance, and investment.

They are seeking a Real Estate and Construction Lawyer to join their busy Real Estate team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality commercial real estate work for a variety of clients. The roles will involve responsibility for their own caseload of real estate matters, as well as working closely with the partners of the Real Estate team on business development opportunities.

Candidates will be expected to have relevant commercial real estate experience. Experience of negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease and dealing with commercial sale and purchase transactions is essential.
