Commercial Property Solicitor (6 PQE +)
A rare senior opportunity with a fantastic law firm..
You will need a minimum of five years' experience in Commercial Property matters, including Landlord and Tenant, Leasehold and Freehold transactions, Land Acquisition and Developments gained in a well-respected Law firm.
The role will require you to conduct and manage your own case load from initial instruction through to conclusion and to assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. You will be dealing with all types of non-contentious real estate transactions and you will be backed by a very supportive team.The practice have a great reputation and really interesting and niche work coming in, its a superb role!You will be encouraged to take a leading role in this branch office with a good deal of autonomy, supported by colleagues in the firm's other offices.
