RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - DORSET - AMAZING LEGAL 500 FIRM
This excellent firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer for their Dorset office in a beautiful market town.
As part of their expansion, this firm is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer who has extensive experience and excellent communication skills, with the drive to succeed. Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers will also be considered for this role.
The role could suit experience levels from a few years PQE right up to a more senior level.
You will be expected to handle a wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties), new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assents, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters.
This is a great firm with an excellent reputation looking to develop their Residential Property department with a new experienced Residential Conveyancer who can support and expand existing and future prospects.
