THE ROLE
A Corporate Senior Associate is now sought to join a team which has deep sector knowledge and far-reaching experience in advising global, national and emerging companies.
Connecting with colleagues throughout the firm globally you will work on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM.
Sectors covered will include real estate, energy, transport and infrastructure, financial services, insurance and TMT.
ABOUT YOU
With 5pqe+ and from a strong corporate team in the City or regions, you will be looking to take a lead role on a wide range of corporate transactional and advisory mandates and to deliver first class client service.
You will be involved in building and maintaining client relationships and proactively developing new ones, BD, coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team, contributing to thought leadership and raising the profile of the firm externally.
The role will be particularly attractive to applicants who wish to increase their exposure to and direct experience of more significant corporate transactions and cross-border work for blue chip clients.
