Opportunity to join this Legal 500 listed Lancashire based practice and form part of one of the strongest agricultural law teams in the North West. You will need to have a gained a minimum of 4 Year PQE+ as you will be expected to work with minimal supervision and have the autonomy of your own caseload & clients.

You will be required to deal with a mix of agricultural law & property matters. The agricultural work will consist of agricultural land sales, farm sales (in excess of £2,000,000+), tenancy agreements, diversification projects and landed estates, as well as this you will be expected to deal with succession planning, rights of way & boundary disputes, renewable energy schemes and much more.
There will be a mixed client base in place, which will include a high proportion of local farmers & agricultural businesses, as well as dealing with NFU Panel work on a national basis. You will be provided with an existing caseload to deal with however you will also be expected to assist with business development once settled and continue with the growth of their existing client network.
