Prime Brokerage Lawyer, 3+

This US investment bank is looking to appoint its first legal counsel in the UK.

In this role you will support the broker dealer side of the business and advise on a broad range of advisory and transactional work.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 3 years' PQE advising on general derivatives and trading documentation with a strong focus on Prime Brokerage work. In-house experience gained at a bank or broker would be ideal.
