Private Investment Funds Lawyer (2-6)

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to join a forward thinking, growing and highly regarded funds practice. You will act for fund managers across a variety of key sectors on the full range of investment funds work, including fund structuring, formation and investment work. You will also have the opportunity to advise large asset owners on their investments into fund structures and on secondary transactions. The practice has also developed an excellent reputation for their work on impact investments and sustainable finance and encourage their lawyers to work on matters that are both technical and can make a difference.

The successful candidate with have at least two years experience in investment funds establishment and related work in private practice or in-house. Applicants with funds experience from another jurisdiction are very welcome, in particular if they have worked another common law jurisdiction such as New Zealand, Australia or Scotland.
