Your new role

This role will see you confidently manage a good caseload of litigated small claims whilst supervised by a senior colleague.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take their first steps into handling litigated file handling and proactively develop their skillset to be able to effectively and confidently manage a fully litigated caseload.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have gained experience working in a legal environment with established experience working on file handling. You will have good knowledge of the high way code and basic RTA .
You will be an efficient and proactive worker with attention to detail.
