Commercial Litigation Solicitor – London £60,000 - £70,000
This successful and expanding Central London firm has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the team.
The firm prides itself on the personal approach it takes to its clients, taking time to understand their needs and providing legal solutions accordingly. It is keen to hire a litigation solicitor to work closely with the partner who heads the team and the firm’s clients.
You will be dealing with a range of commercial litigation work such as contract disputes, negligence claims, debt recovery, shareholder, and director disputes. You'll be joining a small established team taking on an existing caseload, working with a wide range of business including long standing clients of the firm, ranging from SMEs to national PLCs.
Ideally you will have at around 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and be confident in working autonomously, although support from the partners will be available whenever required. The firm has an established client base, but it is ambitious and intends to continue to grow so you should also be keen to play your part in marketing and business development.
The team is modern and forward thinking, offering flexible working as standard.
