My client is a progressive, forward facing firm based in London's West End, who are experiencing an exciting period of growth as a result of repeat instructions.
Founded over 30 years ago, they now boast a multi-service offering advising businesses and individuals.
They are currently seeking an NQ - 3PQE Associate who is keen to do a mixture of Employment and Company/Commercial work.
The role is broad and can encompass a mix of the following:
- M&As, MBOs and JVs
- Corporate advisory, general governance and compliance issues
- Shareholders agreements and general commercial contracts, supplier agreements and NDAs.
- Whistleblowing cases, TUPE.
- Representing high profile clients in the Employment Tribunal and EAT.
- All manner of Equality Act claims.
- Unfair/Wrongful/Constructive dismissal.
- Breach of Contract claims.
