Commercial Solicitor, Birmingham
Unique opportunity to join an award-winning, top tier international law firm who are now seeking a commercial solicitor to be a part of their dynamic and collaborative Commercial team.
Your role will involve taking ownership for a broad spectrum of commercial work including - commercial contracts, advising, negotiating and drafting client contracts, reviewing documents, handling regulatory matters, TUPE application, data protection advice and intellectual property matters.
The successful candidate will ideally have strong commercial contracts experience and be able to demonstrate technical excellence in drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of complex commercial contracts and technology contracts. You will thrive and enjoy working in a busy team environment where you are able to manage a varied caseload whilst meeting tight deadlines and supervising junior colleagues.
