Looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Competition Solicitor into the anti-trust, competition and trade law practice group of our London office role will include working on distribution strategies, merger control and FDI's, and will also include behavioural competition advice.

Description

The Junior Competition Solicitor will join a group positioned in strategic markets around the globe to help clients minimize antitrust risks and ensure compliance, defend or pursue litigation, get deals through regulatory authorities, provide guidance in pricing, distribution, and brand protection challenges, and leverage antitrust and competition laws.
