  The successful candidate for this position will be joining a team with a top rate reputation in dealing with a wide range of agricultural property matters as part of one of the strongest and largest specialist teams in the Lincolnshire area. The team works on a wide range of agricultural matters including Sale/Purchases, tenancies in relation to agricultural land, Agricultural Holdings Act tenancy matters, Easements, licences, sporting rights, renewables, environmental, property finance and corporate support.

The firm is seen to be one of the strongest specialist departments in the Lincolnshire area and so the team is regularly instructed to advise on high value and big ticket work.

You can expect to receive a good salary which will be dependent on your experience but will be right at the top end of market rate for the area.
