Fixed term contract - summary
- Job Title: Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Litigation Executive)

- Salary: £24,000 - £40,000
- Reports to: Partner
- Expertise: Looking for good technical experience whether RTA or EL/PL. Large loss experience would be useful, but team equally ready to consider litigators at all levels. If you have the skill set, they will provide the development and training. Role is open to all levels of candidate whether qualified or non-qualified.
Complex injury team undergoing significant growth.
This is a complex injury team which is entering a period of significant period of growth. The trajectory of the department is such that they need to attract talent at various levels in order to service their expanding client base especially after a raft of significant client wins.
They are looking for a bright ambitious lawyer (whether qualified solicitor or unqualified fee earner) join them on a fixed term contract to focus exclusively on high-value complex serious injury work arising out of RTA and / or EL/PL matters. Previous technical large loss experience would obviously be an advantage, but the team is equally willing to bring in talented litigators who they can train and develop.

Remote working has some major advantages, but it's also important to ensure you receive the necessary face-time with Partners and experienced fee earners to aid your development. Our client has a fantastic remote working model where colleagues generally work one or two days in the office with three or four days working from home.
