The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to attend the office once a week and advocacy is encouraged with case management hearings once or twice a month in court, in person. The caseload will depend on hours per week, but will be looking at a caseload of both proceedings and pre proceedings work.

The local authority is happy to consider candidates from either private practice or public sector at varying levels of experience, as long as the candidate has public care experience. Candidates on short and longer notices are also encouraged to apply as the local authority is happy to consider those with longer notices.
