The Role:
As a result of organic growth and investment, the firm now requires a Commercial Dispute Resolution Lawyer to strengthen and add value to its high-achieving Dispute Resolution team.
This role can be based out of the Sheffield office. There are also options to work out of other national offices and hybrid working options to enable an agile and flexible approach to work arrangements.
The team covers a breadth of work arising mainly from:
- Shareholders, partnerships and trusts.
- Sale and Purchase Agreements.
- Enforcement of Restrictive Covenants.
- Contractual and warranty claims.
- Fraud and injunctive relief.
- Professional negligence.
- Contentious insolvency matters and enforcement.
- Property matters.
- Reputational management.
Requirements:
- You will be an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a minimum of 1 Year PQE
- You will have the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of commercial dispute resolution
- You will possess an ambition to further your career and welcome opportunities for learning and development
