Are you a creative thinker and Problem solver? We have teamed up with a global law firm that prides itself on serving the world’s most innovative people and businesses to source them a Banking Associate to join their team in London.
The Firm
- Top tier international law firm, who offer some of the most complex and interesting cases on the market.
- They have a particular focus on working with IP rich, tech focused businesses. Their clients range from blue chip companies to PE backed, growing enterprises.
Responsibilities/Skills
Joining as an Associate, the candidate will be focusing on supporting the non-real estate finance part of the practice. This covers a wide range of transactional debt finance work, including leveraged/acquisition finance, general corporate lending, equity margin lending, financing litigation funders (and similar structured / receivables-based financings) and receivables / asset-based lending (often working with US clients and law firms).
- Working with partners and senior associates on delivering complex debt finance transactions.
- Increasing exposure to drafting and negotiating facility agreements and intercreditor agreements (working with partners and senior associates).
- Drafting and negotiation of security documents.
- Business development, both supporting other team members in client initiatives and driving forward your own ideas.
- Training and supervision of NQs / trainees.
- Working with other team members to improve the team efficiencies and working arrangements.
