A prestigious UK Law Firm is looking to hire a new Senior Recruitment Executive / Advisor to join the growing London office on a permanent basis, working closely with the Recruitment Manager for Business Services with responsibility for lateral recruitment into the Business Services departments across the firm.  The role will offer agile working, plus a salary of up to £50,000 plus fantastic benefits.

Responsibilities for the Senior Recruitment Executive / Advisor will include managing an efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, from candidate searches to onboarding, working with the Recruitment Manager and People Advisory team to define lateral hire priorities and execute the recruitment plan, preparing job descriptions with the hiring managers and the People Team, and agree the attraction and selection process in line with the Inclusion and Diversity strategy, working closely with hiring managers to recruit the best talent for their teams: shortlisting CVs, interviewing candidates and influencing hiring decisions, building relationships with their preferred supplier agencies as well as undertaking direct sourcing, ensuing the effective use of firm's website, social media, job boards and other specific media to source diverse candidates, understanding the firm's recruitment brand and ensure all recruitment literature/websites/online material is aligned with the firm's employer brand. 

Other duties include creating opportunities to promote roles internally and maximise benefit of the firm's employee referral scheme, supporting with managing the recruitment preferred supplier list ensuring adherence to SLAs, managing the use of and promotion of CVMail, managing the recruitment processes in line with GDPR requirements, ensuring that candidates are effectively benchmarked against the firm's core values and competency framework, regularly review the candidate experience and take action as needed and acting as a point of expertise on all recruitment related matters, providing advice and guidance to the relevant People Managers and hiring managers.

The successful Senior Recruitment Executive must have prior experience of legal recruitment, either within a law firm, or an agency, along with experience building relationships with internal clients at all levels and strong written, communication and organisation skills.
