This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Fee Earner or Solicitor) to join a well-established Residential Conveyancing team in the East Midlands.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to handle your own caseload with little to no supervision and be able to maintain and develop long standing relationships with your clients and provide a high level of service.
You should be able to handle a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion including - sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity etc.
You will have full paralegal/legal assistant support across the team to ensure that each transaction runs as smoothly as possible
You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines/targets.
You will be a real team player and work in a friendly and modern office environment based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
