Our client is a highly regarded law firm looking for a Costs Draftsperson to join their expanding Liverpool team.
Description
As a Costs Draftsperson you will be expected to provide dedicated costs support for litigation lawyers across several UK and International offices. You will be responsible for the management of a caseload including schedules of costs, bills of costs/budgets and negotiating costs to settlement. The role involves dealing predominantly with adverse costs claims on multi track matters.
