PSL - Commercial Contracts

This role, working as part of the commercial groups PSL team, will offer you the chance to oversee a team working at the highest level with a truly global reach. If you are tired of chargeable hours, this role will allow you to fully utilise your extensive experience in commercial law.

The Role

This is a standout opportunity to work within this leading Commercial Contracts team, as a Professional Support Lawyer at the firms Leeds office.

The commercial contracts practice forms a crucial part of the commercial group and this position will support the practice and the wider commercial group. The group have huge growth areas within AI, Digital Evolution, Internet of things; fintech, robotics and payments, sourcing, re/platforming, big Data and enterprise cloud.

You will work closely with the Partners, the Head of knowledge, the tech sector and marking and the business development function. As well as supporting the Tech & Sourcing and commercial team on regulatory and commercial developments, you will support external training programmes and identify new products.

This position is open for existing PSL/Knowledge Lawyers or Solicitors with good grounding within TMT/Sourcing/Commercial matters looking to move into a knowledge position.

Requirements

• 5 years + PQE as a Commercial Contracts Lawyer
• Strong technical knowledge
