Conveyancing Fee Earner

My client, an excellent and expanding private practice law firm with over 35 years in the business is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy Residential Property Department in Erdington.

The Role:
As the successful Conveyancer, you will be required to run your own files from instruction through to completion. The caseload may include but not limited to:

• Sale
• Purchase
• Freehold
• Leasehold
• Re-mortgage
• Unregistered titles

 
Requirements:
To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a residential department and be able to manage your own caseload of Conveyancing files. The firm will consider more junior candidates however, they are looking for someone that can be independent and use their initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a conveyancing accredited firm and hit the ground running and the potential to earn bonus’ for the right individuals.

Salary will be negotiable on experience but the firm is invested in retaining its employees and pays handsomely. The firm also gives employees a holiday allowance of 25 days + Bank Holidays as well as social days out.
