My client is a close knit well known high street law firm based in the beautiful Leicestershire market town of Melton Mowbray.
Due to expansion of their already well established conveyancing department they now seek an additional experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join their friendly team who will inherit a healthy caseload of residential property files.
You will work closely with the Property Partner within the team, handling your own caseload of files and providing assistance on more complex transactions as and when necessary. You will ideally have a minimum of 18 months' experience dealing with a residential conveyancing caseload.
Your caseload will be broad and varied and will consist of sales and purchases, remortgages and new-build properties. Given the location, you can expect to work with high net worth clients. The firm do not pay for any referrals - all their work comes from having a strong reputation based on level of service to the clients.
You can expect to join a team that is loyal, friendly and supportive and deals with all high quality local work. You'll be working in a close knit team in the idyllic town of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire which is easily commutable from Leicester and Nottingham.
