Corporate Associate Solicitor

Our client has one of largest national corporate teams in the country, advising on 1 in 35 of all corporate transactions in the UK. The firm's accomplished national team offers a partner-led approach on every corporate transaction. They consistently act as trusted advisers for clients in sectors as diverse as manufacturing, retail, recruitment and education.

The firm’s offices in Reading are seeking a Corporate Associate Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their expanding team, which currently consists of three other fee earners and two support staff.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ years' PQE. 

In the main, you will be dealing with:

• Business ownership disputes
• Directors’ duties & corporate governance
• Employee ownership trusts
• Equity capital markets
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Private equity
• Transaction support & due diligence
