A senior private client solicitor is required as part of succession planning for a leading Legal 500 firm in Milton Keynes.
You will be a private client solicitor with ideally around 5 years’ PQE and experience of handling predominately pre-death private client matters. You will be handling wills, tax and trust work, along with some probate, and you will be expected to take over a caseload from a partner. The firm has a large wills bank and a good existing client base, but experience of marketing and business development would be advantageous. You can expect a market-rate salary and benefits package, and the right person will be considered for direct succession planning.
