You will be happy to turn your hand to all aspects of Commercial Property work, but experience in all areas is not an essential as you are able to draw from a very knowledgeable team. Finding the right cultural fit for our client is very important, and they are willing to consider lawyers with experience outside the sector keen to make a move into Commercial Property.

The client profile is varied and interesting including both local and national businesses.  Their client base is very loyal, and business tends to be lower-volume/higher-value, so it is essential you have the confidence to work with more complex and demanding transactions.  Fantastic client relationship skills are essential, and a keen eye for new business will ensure your earnings above salary are what you make them.
