A leading international law firm is looking for a Structured Finance Paralegal to be seconded to an investment bank on an initial six month fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend.
The successful Structured Finance Paralegal will have full support from one of the top Partners in the law firm whilst on external assignment.
The role:
The role will predominately focus on LIBOR remediation but will also include transactional BAU duties. The Structured Finance Paralegal will help with repacks, structured notes and banking and finance documentation.

- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- Future trainee or future pupil
- Prior experience in structured finance or derivatives
