Our client - an international life-sciences company are seeking an interim Legal Counsel for 3 months to join their medium sized legal team. This company is best known for buying and licensing established products throughout Europe in the pharmaceutical industries.
The role will be predominantly advising on a broad range of Commercial and some Corporate agreements as well as working on a variety of compliance matters; specifically, data protection/GDPR. Candidates who have experience working on corporate M&A and complex licensing deals are preferable. Other contracts include but are not limited to;
- Licensing agreements,
- Co- development agreements,
- Distribution agreements,
- Tenders,
- Clinical trial services,
- Purchase and supply agreements.
The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 5 years PQE and have experience working within a commercial role within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry. The role will be based in London operating on a hybrid working approach.
