Residential Property Locum Solicitor - North London
A private practice law firm in North London is looking for assistance from a Locum Property Solicitor.
The requirement is to start 18th July to 29th July
*A handover will be required on the 14th and 15th July.
The caseload consists of residential property matters relating to freehold sales/purchases, leasehold sales/purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, equity release and grants of new lease or licenses. The role is also likely to include light commercial property matters.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 5 year's experience of handling Property caseload.
This opportunity would suit someone who is happy to work in an office and someone who is available for the required dates.
