Planning Litigation Lawyer
Maternity Leave cover 9 months +
£50-55 per hour
Remote with Court attendance
Planning Litigation Lawyer is required to join a local authority on a locum basis based in the Home Counties to cover a period of maternity leave.
The Planning Litigation Lawyer will be able to work this role on a remote working basis but occasional court attendance once every few weeks will be required for the role.
You will be required to have previous experience of undertaking planning enforcement matters and S278 appeals due to the work being heavily focused around this.
You will be joining a well established and friendly team with a local authority that holds an excellent reputation in the market.
