3+ PQE Corporate Lawyer required for a leading Regional Law firm in the North West

Your new company
This is a large regional law firm with offices spread around Lancashire and Merseyside. The firm employ over 250 staff including over 25 partners, and are looking to further expand their team with an experienced corporate lawyer with over 3 years PQE. This position can be based in either of the firms Lancashire or Merseyside offices.

Your new role
As a corporate lawyer, you will work on a range of high value, complex corporate deals with a strong entrepreneurial client base, advising regional and national clients and gaining experience in a variety of transactions including M&A, private equity, employee ownership trust sales, demergers, restructures and joint ventures.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have strong experience within a corporate law background, ideally, this would be a minimum of 3 years PQE, however the firm can be flexible for the right individual.
