Intellectual Property Lawyer

Our client, an international firm, are looking to add a Senior Associate (4-7 PQE) to the Intellectual Property team in London. The role will focus on Litigation work, but there will also be transactional matters with which the new joiner will be involved.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of cases involving the infringement of patents, trademarks and copyright (particularly software), trade secret litigation and related contractual and commercial claims. You will have the confidence and experience to play a role in strategic decision-making and in managing more junior lawyers as part of a team.

In addition to strong academic credentials, candidates will ideally have a science background and will have also completed the Oxford Diploma in IP law and practice, but these are not prerequisites.
