Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of Commercial Litigation matters, including commercial contracts, claims in tort and professional negligence to name a few
- Handle High Court Litigation and gain experience in all of the areas in which the firm operates
- Handle your own caseload as well as assisting partners and senior solicitors with substantial disputes to enhance your experience
- Qualified solicitor with training seat in Commercial Litigation within a recognised legal 500 team
