Are you a highly experienced and efficient conveyancing secretary looking to work for a tight knit, supportive department in Solihull? This is a great opportunity for a conveyancing secretary to join a thriving a busy team and take on more responsibility than that of a generic legal secretarial role.
 
This role will be working for the legal arm of a property management company, undertaking work related to new build/plot sales on behalf of the purchaser. This presents an opportunity to work within a small team comprising of a senior partner and four other members of staff all working towards the common goal of completing for the purchaser. Th role offers autonomy, flexibility and will focus more on the administrative and legal work as opposed to any audio typing. 
 
To be considered you must have at least four years plus recent conveyancing experience along with the ability to hit the ground running on various aspects of the conveyancing process. Ideally you will live in Solihull or the surrounding area and you must be enthusiastic and enjoy working within a busy department!
