Are you a Mental Health Solicitor looking to work as part of a tight knit team, comprising of extremely knowledgeable Solicitors/Partners from whom you can learn and develop from?
Our client is seeking to appoint a mental health solicitor with at least three years’ experience along with Panel membership to join its reputable team. The role will include undertaking tribunal and related legal work on behalf of detained patients.
The department has a strong team ethos and can offer some flexibility for home working. It is seeking an experienced mental health solicitor who has an interest in court of protection work, as its mental capacity team is extremely busy too.
Support is provided in the form of a dual qualified Partner, paralegal and support staff and they all work together towards the common goal. The firm really encourages the cradle to grave approach along with visiting clients face to face. The firm can also offer plenty of autonomy and freedom within the role along with the scope to develop other areas of your experience.
