Our client is a Top 50 international law firm with a base in Bristol, and is looking for a bright and ambitious Incentives lawyer to join their Chambers ranked national Incentives team as they continue to grow their national offering.
You would have the opportunity to work with some talented lawyers and provide advice to leading UK and global private companies across numerous sectors on a range of different incentives-based matters, including: employee benefits, design and implementation of these benefits and plans, establishment and operation of benefit trusts, corporate governance, compliance and executive tax planning amongst other things. You can also expect to get involved with incentive-related aspects of IPOs, M&A and restructuring matters.
