Corporate Lawyers

We have been instructed by our client, a well-established US firm, to recruit a corporate lawyer to join their well-regarded London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious associate to join a busy collegiate team.

The role involves advising the firm's broad range of high-quality clients on a vast number of corporate matters. These matters include advising on both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public company takeovers, fundraising, private equity and venture capital transactions, complex group reorganisations, and more.

The successful candidate will be England and Wales, or common law qualified with 2-4 years PQE at a recognised corporate team in the UK. They will have an excellent academic background and a stable career background.
