Adult Social Care Lawyer
A local authority based in Berkshire is seeking an Interim Adult Social Care Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be required to carry a full caseload from the outset. You will be required to advise on the following areas:
- No recourse to public funds
- Court of protection matters
- Ordinary residence
- Care Act
- Mental Capacity
The local authority is ideally seeking candidates with previous local authority experience, and an ability to pick up a busy caseload with ease.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, candidates must be available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
The pay rate on offer is between £30-50 per hour dependant on experience.
Hybrid working is available with this position.
