A local authority based in Bedfordshire is seeking an interim Childcare Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to carry a full caseload of circa. 10-12 cases in proceedings and 4-5 PLO matters. Previous local authority experience would be advantageous.
Candidates with private sector experience are encouraged to apply if they have public family law experience. Candidates interested in undertaking advocacy are also of interest to the client.
This is an urgent vacancy so candidates must be available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
This is a hybrid working role and the client is happy to consider candidates from NQ level upwards.
The pay rate on offer is £30-50 per hour.
