The Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Banking & Finance Senior Associate to join the firm's buoyant office in Leeds.

To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a personable individual, keen to collaborate with Partners and other senior lawyers on a range of banking and finance transactions.

You will manage a diverse caseload, including corporate lending, general banking, leveraged and structured finance, real estate and project finance, energy and structured asset finance, asset-based lending, fund finance, debt loan transactions and restructuring work.

You will act for financial institutions (including senior, mezzanine and junior), funds and corporate clients, both nationally and internationally. The sectors of work are just as expansive, with the aim of maintaining your clients' commercial objectives.

You will also closely mentor junior members of the banking team, and offer constructive training to support their development.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• You will have strong business development capabilities
• You will have first-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
