Description

The Disputed Wills, Trust and Estate Solicitor will join a small team in Leeds but work as part if a larger national team. You will work closely with a senior lawyer in Leeds and deal with a caseload of Disputed Wills, Trust and Estate work. This typically is acting for high net worth individuals and you will be expected to attend Court and also support on marketing the team. There is a scope to work towards membership of ACTAPS
