Your new role

This role is for a commercial lawyer to handle a range of commercial contracts and draft bespoke commercial agreements. You will also advise on IT contracts and IP matters. You will help to manage risk and your role will involve ensuring that the contracts for the business are compliant. Working closely with internal clients and key stakeholders the role will also see you report on current legal issues that impact on the business.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial lawyer at NQ level. You will have good communication and drafting skills.
