Wide-ranging Legal Counsel (corporate and commercial) role with GRS, the largest independent supplier of Construction Materials and Waste Removal in the UK.

Client Details

GRS is the largest independent supplier of Construction Materials and Waste Removal in the UK. With over 50 years' experience, GRS has developed a comprehensive service driven organisation and operates in the construction, infrastructure and waste sectors.

The business was initially part of Galliford Try before it became independent, following which it has grown consistently with a turnover of more than £400 million in 2021. The business continues to grow aggressively, through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions and ultimately aims to become a vertically-integrated building materials group.

GRS has a very strong, clearly identifiable culture. People at GRS are given license to make decisions, politics are eschewed and individuals are judged on results. The business is decisive and extremely fast paced. The culture of GRS will suit people who thrive on challenges and working as part of a committed team. GRS offers a uniquely stimulating environment.
