£40,000 - £50,000A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join a long established law firm in Birmingham. My client has an excellent reputation as a small but deadly firm of legal experts, specialising in Commercial Litigation/ Dispute Resolution of the highest quality.
The Opportunity
- My client is seeking a driven and ambitious Lawyer who can handle, under supervision, a substantial, interesting and diverse caseload of complexity and value.
- The successful candidate will be involved at all stages of cases, from the initial Letter of Claim or Letter of Response through to trial in some cases, and mediation/settlement in others. The roles involves assisting senior fee earners with complex and high value disputes, including claims for professional negligence, shareholder disputes, construction litigation, injunctions and winding up petitions.
