For an experienced lawyer to join their close knit and enthusiastic corporate team.
ABOUT YOU.
A corporate lawyer with 2pqe+ you will have the following skills/experience:
-excellent knowledge of UK corporate law and M&A (public and private) and equity capital markets transactions
-excellent drafting and legal research skills
-strong interpersonal and communication skills (including presentation skills)
-an ability to get on well with clients, colleagues and support staff
-able to work effectively under pressure and to stay calm
