Restructuring Associate Solicitor - Birmingham
This is a unique opportunity for a restructuring solicitor to join a dynamic and collaborative Legal 100 team based in Birmingham.
You will find yourself working on high-value restructurings and advising a wide range of clients including financial institutions, boards, insolvency and turnaround practitioners and other stakeholders. Your caseload will predominantly consist of non-contentious matters with some exposure to contentious work.
Ideally, you will be a solicitor with 4-8 years’ PQE, a financial restructuring background and experience in advising financial institutions. You will fit right in if you are a commercially minded and client-focused team player!
