Role Overview A full-time position as an integral part of the firm's Brand, Marketing & Sales (BMS) team, this role will:Support all members of the BMS team across all elements of the BMS mix, from events to communications and business developmentEnsure the efficient running of day-to-day processes which drive BMS team activity to help deliver an efficient and responsive service to internal clientsKey internal relationshipsAll members of BMS teamFinance teamKnowledge teamReports to:Marketing & Analytics ExecutiveKey responsibilitiesA typical, but non-exhaustive, list of responsibilities includes: Invoice processing, recording and credit card managementExpense processingClient meeting preparationClient intranet pages admin Diary and meeting management, including team meeting administrationBMS travel managementExternal supplier liaisonKeeping BMS pages on intranet up to dateAdministrative support for our awards/sponsorship activitiesAdministrative support for our directory submissions processAdministrative support to the website teamInternal new-joiner photo processTeam sickness absence recordingPromotional goods processresearching branded goods ordering items when requestedmanaging stock and keeping up to date recordssupporting the Marketing & Analytics Executive with the internal catalogue campaignOverflow events administration where requiredBack-up support for website administrationManage physical brochure stocks, to ensure we never run out of key brochures Position requirementsSupremely organisedExcellent time and project management skillsExcellent record-keeping and documentation skillsEfficient and reliableConfident communicator with stakeholders at all levels of seniorityProven ability to meet competing demands and deadlinesFamiliarity with MS Office suite, particularly Outlook and ExcelEnergetic and enthusiastic to learnWillingness to get stuck in Proactive self-starterGood at team workingAbility not to take life too seriously Working conditionsMonday - Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to start early or finish late if required.Very flexible agile working policy is in operation with 1-2 days office-based working expected.
