Residential Property Paralegal
Our client is a local, friendly and well-established law firm seeking a residential property paralegal to join its team! This long-standing law firm with an outstanding reputation along with a high staff retention rate is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic residential property to join its tight knit team.
You will join a small residential conveyancing team consisting of four fee earners and support staff. Qualification is not important, but you must be able to hit the ground running assisting on all aspects of conveyancing files from instruction through to completion. As a residential conveyancer paralegal, you must be able to deal with sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold) along with transfers, re-mortgage, help-to-buy and new build matters.
